Bless your heart, no simple dials anywhere to turn on the radio made my soothing work routine impossible. I expected a complimentary gesture, really, how hard is that for a so-called 'upscale' place? Almost gave a good review, but just couldn't.

Modern kitchenettes in rooms, Rooftop bar and terrace events, Self-service supply station for essentials
Seriously, how hard is it to add more power outlets? Unable to open windows feels claustrophobic, and don't get me started on the confusing app access!!! A little guidance would go a long way here!!!

Once I figured out the app, everything was smooth. The rooftop bar had a fantastic vibe, and the Italian restaurant, NullNull, served delicious food. My room was comfy and quiet, ideal for resting after exploring. The breakfast plate was massive and kept me fueled all day.
